George Gotthold

George J. Gotthold, CPA (NY & NJ), CFP®

George has over twenty five years experience in Public Accounting and Personal Financial Planning and is currently a Partner with Ciccone, Gotthold & Koseff, CPA’s, Ship Bottom, NJ. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and New York and is also a Certified Financial Planner®.

Throughout his career George has provided tax and financial planning services to individuals of varying professions including corporate executives, small business owners and consultants.  Services include all facets of planning with a strong emphasis on tax, investment, insurance, retirement, estate and trust planning.  He is currently an Investment Advisor Representative for Park Piedmont Advisors, LLC, an investment advisory firm in New York and San Francisco, which specializes in asset allocation and portfolio management.  George also has extensive experience in the areas of individual, business, estate and trust taxation.  In addition to serving as accountant and financial advisor for some not for profit entities, he is a past Treasurer and Vice President of Habitat for Humanity of Southern Ocean County.  He is also a current board member of the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce.

In addition, George was part of the faculty of Farleigh Dickinson University where he taught the income tax planning section of their Certified Financial Planning program.  He has also conducted numerous seminars for both the general public and for other professionals and is frequently quoted in various publications.

George has a B.S. Degree in Accounting from William Paterson University and lives in Manahawkin with his wife and two daughters.
